The hotel has a good location, 3-5 minutes from the central railway station and bus station (from there you can go in any direction, inside and outside Salzburg). The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast is ok and the family who maintains the hotel is friendly and helpful.

located close to the train station,this hotel was good for my short overnight stay. it was also the cheapest room i could get in this area and the value for money therefor seem adequate.

not quite easy to find at night, since it shares the main entrance with an ordinary city house and is located on the first floor. breakfast was ok, but very basic. the bathroom was well cleaned but still the shower cabin gave a little old impression.

Clean, friendly, comfortable. Breakfast fine. Allowed to book in before time. Advise given to find very good restaurant for evening meal. Walking distance of railway station, buses and taxis. Would use again.

No tea coffee facilities in room. Restaurant only open for breakfast. No where to get a drink at other times.

Due to the dancing bar in the ground floor realy noisy

We like that the location was right next to the hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

We did not like how you had to enter the hotel, it was a little scary. The hotel was definitely not glamorous or even nice, it was just a place to sleep for two nights.

Location is quite near to the central railway station.

If we return to the area we will not stay at this hotel. Reception was not friendly and seemed shady. We witnessed credit card transactions however we were told the machine was done and we had to pay cash. After refusing to pay cash they finally process my card. They just did not want to take the credit card even after booking with a card online. Room was for 4 adults and yet we had to ask and ask for pillows and blankets. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Location was good to the tour area as indicated when we booked it. Even our Grey Line tour bus driver said he heard mixed reviews on this hotel.

Close to the turist information

bedclothes had stains of blood (probabely fights with mosquitos There is no one in reception after 20:00, when I called them they said they would come but they did not The room does not fit a family with children: it is small, it is hot, there is no bath room (only shower) and there are no baby cots. The owner is not a decent person. We ordered the room one day before comming and although we did not notice there is no baby cot, he could have cancel the reservasion for the other nights but the first one but he did not agree. So we had to put the baby to sleep with us which not safe. The room for more than 2 persons is actually a standart room for 2 where they inserted more beds packed like sardines The location of the parking is far away to go with suitcases - very inconvinient with children

The place is not as bad as others have suggested. The place is basic, but over priced (so is Salzburg in general) and the hotel could really do with some better sign-age outside to help guests locate where it is. If you come expecting to get amazing service from the hotel I would tell you to avoid it, but if your independent and can look after yourself then this place is fine.

Its location close to Salzburg Hauptbahnof.

The directions need to be improved. Even when I asked people right in the front of the hotel door/ gas station, they were unable to point it out.

this hotel is one man show , there is one person working as receptionist, room service, waiter during the breakfast and every thing in the hotel this affect on the hotel negatively also the entrance of the hotel is not known to any body even the taxi driver or the shops near by as there is a small sign in one of the corners far away from the original entrance

It had a fan in the room.

The fact that we were promised three beds for a triple room to accommodate three grown men and were only given two beds so one had to sleep on the floor. We were told that it was a 10 minute walk to the castle -- I walk a very brisque pace and it was a 25 minute walk. When I went to check out, there was noone at the desk. The sign said be back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I found the desk attendant in one of the rooms.

Convenient Provide water boiler for my request

1. Hotel guide is not clear. 2. Receiption is not available for 24h, I hope to check out about 5:50am.But nobody on desk. I have to keep key in room and leave myself. I have pay all fee before but not get invoice.

Although the room we got was small, it was very comfortable. Breakfast, which was included, was very good. The Hotel is very close to the train station, old town and the Hohensalzburg Fortress, a must see attraction.
